Mural for Ridge Elementary / THE CITY OF THE FUTURE

Ridge Elementary School hosted a Celebration of the Arts Week showcasing its 3rd annual art exhibit, along with musical performances

The exhibition featured art from every student displayed throughout the school.The Ridge community unveiled the BIG project — The City of the Future Mural. As part of this collaborative project, students had the opportunity to work over the course of 2 months with guest artist, Duda Penteado.

The City of the Future Mural is a project that brings together the entire Ridge Elementary School community. Created through the use of color, shape, composition and critical thinking — children, parents, and teachers worked together to create a visual symphony of ideas about our future. — Duda Penteado
